Shipping Policy

TacticalTeesCo products are made to order. Please allow time for both production and shipping when placing your order.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipment. Production times may vary during holidays, periods of high demand, or due to product availability.

U.S. Shipping

TacticalTeesCo currently ships within the United States only. U.S. fulfillment is used for U.S. orders whenever available.

After production is complete, U.S. delivery typically takes approximately 2–5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. Shipping charges for orders below $75 are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Multiple Packages

Because our products are made to order and may be fulfilled by different production partners, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you discover an error, contact us at support@tacticalteesco.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Delivery Problems

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact support@tacticalteesco.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs showing the issue.
